Research has found that ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an effective way to enhance memory and improve cognition. The study, which was published in the Journal of Dietary Supplements, looked at the safety and efficacy of ashwagandha in boosting memory and cognitive function in adults with mild cognitive impairment.
In conclusion, the findings of the study suggest that ashwagandha is effective in enhancing immediate and general memory, and improving executive function, sustained attention, and information-processing speed in people with mild cognitive impairment.
